Our guitarplayer/screamer and composer Mark Jansen will sadly be leaving After Forever. Mark and the band have grown apart on musical terms.
Mark was one of the founders and forces behind After Forever. We thank him for his important contribution to the success that the band has gained through the years. We count on it that we will be seeing him on stage with an other band. Therefore we wish him all the best with his music career.
The role of Mark will be taken over by Bas Maas. Bas has a lot of experience as a guitarplayer coming from different bands and hès now working very hard to be ready for his first show, which will be the recordings for the national radio program Leidsekade Live in Paradiso, Amsterdam on the 7th of April 2002.
